Tiges et rameaux vieux \u00e0 \u00e9corce lisse ou fendill\u00e9e, brune ou brun-verd\u00e2tre. Ramilles jeunes \u00e0 c\u00f4tes en forme de V invers\u00e9, s\u00e9ric\u00e9es-argent\u00e9es au d\u00e9but, puis parfois uniquement poilues dans les sillons. Feuilles unifoli\u00e9es, alternes, sessiles, sans stipules, tr\u00e8s promptement caduques, \u00e0 foliole de 6-7 mm, oblongue-obov\u00e9e, enti\u00e8re, obtuse ou r\u00e9tuse, \u00e0 bords l\u00e9g\u00e8rement involut\u00e9s, \u00e9parsement s\u00e9ric\u00e9e-argent\u00e9e sur les deux faces. Inflorescences rac\u00e9meuses, solitaires ou g\u00e9min\u00e9es, l\u00e2ches, axillaires, \u00e0 6-16 fleurs bri\u00e8vement p\u00e9dicell\u00e9es, chacune accompagn\u00e9e de 2 bract\u00e9oles promptement caduques. Calice de <em>c<\/em>. 3 mm, campanul\u00e9, \u00e0 peine bilabi\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u00e8vres sub\u00e9gales et plus courtes que le tube, la sup\u00e9rieure bipartite et l\u2019inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 peine ou bri\u00e8vement trident\u00e9e, verd\u00e2tre-jaun\u00e2tre, dens\u00e9ment poilu, circoncis suite \u00e0 l\u2019anth\u00e8se. Corolle de 5-7 mm, papilionac\u00e9e, jaune, \u00e0 \u00e9tendard suborbiculaire ou largement ov\u00e9, r\u00e9tus au sommet, poilu sur le dos, et ailes et car\u00e8ne aussi grandes que ce dernier. Androc\u00e9e monadelphe, \u00e0 10 \u00e9tamines. Ovaire villeux au niveau de la suture ventrale et la nervure, et stigmate capit\u00e9. Gousse de 8-10 \u00d7 6,5-7 mm, ovo\u00efde-subglobuleuse, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement comprim\u00e9e, dens\u00e9ment villeuse-laineuse, apicul\u00e9e, ind\u00e9hiscente, \u00e0 1(2) graines.
