One of them is widely distributed in the Mediterranean, including North Africa (<strong>A. micrantha<\/strong> Lam.), 2 also in the Mediterranean area but more restricted [<em>A. plinii<\/em> Turra, from the countries around the Adriatic Sea, and <em>A. donaciformis<\/em> (Loisel.)
